Reporting a problem

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

the page or tool you were using (a link is ideal),
your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone",
what you expected to happen and what happened instead, including any error message shown.

You don't need to send us the image you were working on. Our tools process images in your browser, so we never see them, and a description of the image (size, format, type of picture) is usually enough.

Privacy requests

If you have a question about your data or want to exercise a privacy right, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". Our Privacy Policy explains what data is and isn't collected.

Copyright concerns

ClearPix does not host or publish images uploaded by users. If you believe content on this website itself infringes your rights, email us with details of the material and where it appears.
